Scheduling & Appointments

Easily book and manage your appointments at a time that works best for you. Enjoy flexible scheduling, quick confirmations, and hassle-free changes whenever needed.

  • Booking takes about 30 seconds. Choose your service, enter your vehicle details, and select an available time — no phone calls or shop visits required.

  • When availability allows, same-day appointments may be available. Otherwise, you can book the next available time that works for your schedule. OLYX is designed to be flexible and not tied to shop hours.

  • Yes. You can book multiple vehicles at the same location during one visit, which is ideal for households with more than one vehicle.

  • We recommend being available at the start of your service to provide access to your vehicle and answer any initial questions.

  • You can manage or adjust your appointment through your booking confirmation or customer account, subject to availability and notice windows.

Photo Verification & Trust

Every technician and service is verified with clear photos. This ensures transparency and gives you complete peace of mind.

  • Each service includes before-and-after photos documenting the work performed. This provides transparency and peace of mind.

  • Photos and service details are available in your OLYX customer account after service completion. App access will also be available.

  • Services are performed by independent technicians operating through the OLYX platform.

  • If you have any concerns, contact OLYX support. We’ll review service details and photos and help resolve the issue promptly.

Service Area & Coverage

We provide reliable services across multiple neighborhoods, ensuring prompt and convenient care wherever you are.

  • We currently provide service throughout the Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch areas, including surrounding neighborhoods. Service availability may vary slightly by location, and you’ll be able to confirm coverage when booking.

  • We service vehicles at homes, residential parking areas, and permitted community parking locations within our service area.

Vehicle & Service Eligibility

Check if your vehicle qualifies for our services. We cater to a wide range of cars, ensuring every eligible vehicle gets professional care and attention.

  • We service most gasoline vehicles, as well as diesel and European/luxury vehicles that qualify within our service categories.

    During booking, you’ll select your vehicle type and we’ll confirm compatibility based on your vehicle details.

  • Yes — we service many diesel and European/luxury vehicles.

    Availability depends on the vehicle and service requirements, and eligible options will be shown during booking.

  • OLYX focuses on maintenance and visibility services. If additional issues are observed, they may be noted in service photos, but no repair work is performed without your approval

  • We do not currently service certain vehicles, including high-performance/exotic vehicles, heavily modified vehicles, or oversized vehicles such as RVs and campers.

    If your vehicle is outside our standard categories, availability may be limited or require review.

  • OLYX specializes in:

    • Full synthetic oil changes

    • Add-on services such as filters, wipers, and interior glass cleaning

    All services are performed at your vehicle’s location.

  • Every oil change includes:

    • Full synthetic oil meeting manufacturer specifications

    • Oil filter meeting manufacturer specifications

    • Vehicle-specific oil capacity

    • Photo documentation

    • Micro Vehicle Inspection (Visual)

    • Washer Fluid Top Off

    • Proper disposal of used oil and filters

  • Visibility services improve driving clarity and safety, especially in rain or low light, and include headlight restoration, glass coating, and water spot removal.

  • Add-on services are available when paired with an oil change or visibility service.

  • Pricing is based on your vehicle and selected services and is shown clearly during booking before confirmation.

  • Yes. OLYX makes it easy to schedule future services based on your preferred maintenance cadence.
