Vehicle Information. When you book services, we collect information about your vehicle, including make, model, year, VIN, license plate number, and service history.

Payment Information. When you make a purchase, we collect payment information, including credit card or debit card number, expiration date, and billing address. Payment information is processed by our third-party payment processors and is subject to their privacy policies. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

Service Information. When you book and receive services, we collect information about the services requested, service location, service date and time, and service preferences.

Communications. When you communicate with us or through the Platform, we collect the content of your communications, including emails, chat messages, and customer support inquiries.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically. When you use the Platform, we automatically collect certain information, including:

Device Information. We collect information about the device you use to access the Platform, including device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

Usage Information. We collect information about your use of the Platform, including pages viewed, features used, links clicked, and the date and time of your activities.

Location Information. With your consent, we collect precise location information from your mobile device. We also collect approximate location information based on your IP address. Location information is used to facilitate service delivery and to show you Technicians in your area.

Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with the Platform. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

1.3 Information We Collect from Third Parties. We may collect information about you from third parties, including:

Technicians. Technicians who perform services for you may provide us with information about the services performed, including photographs and documentation of completed work.

Third-Party Services. If you link your account to third-party services or social media platforms, we may collect information from those services in accordance with your privacy settings on those platforms.

Business Partners. We may receive information about you from our business partners, including marketing partners and data providers.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Platform Operations. To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform; to process transactions and send related information; to facilitate connections between customers and Technicians; and to provide customer support.

Service Delivery. We share your information with Technicians to facilitate service delivery, including your name, contact information, vehicle information, and precise service location.

Communications. To communicate with you about your account, transactions, and services; to respond to your inquiries and requests; and to send you technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.

Marketing. To send you promotional communications about products, services, and offers that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communication or by contacting us.

Quality Assurance. To monitor and improve the quality of services provided through the Platform; to verify service completion and documentation; and to resolve disputes between customers and Technicians.

Analytics and Research. To analyze usage patterns and trends; to conduct research and analysis to improve the Platform; and to develop new products and services.

Safety and Security. To protect the safety and security of our users, Technicians, and the Platform; to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and to enforce our Terms of Service.

Legal Compliance. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes; to respond to lawful requests from public authorities; and to protect our legal rights.

3. PHOTOGRAPHS AND SERVICE DOCUMENTATION

3.1 Photograph Collection. As part of our service documentation process, Technicians capture photographs of your vehicle before, during, and after service completion. These photographs are used to document the services performed and to verify service quality.

3.2 Photograph Usage. Photographs collected through the Platform may be used for: (a) service documentation and verification; (b) quality assurance and dispute resolution; (c) training and improvement of services; (d) marketing and promotional purposes (with identifying information removed or with your consent); and (e) compliance with legal obligations.

3.3 Photograph Retention. We retain service photographs for a reasonable period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.

3.4 License. By using the Platform, you grant COMPANY a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use photographs of your vehicle taken during service delivery for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

With Technicians. We share your information with Technicians to facilitate service delivery, including your name, contact information, vehicle information, precise service location, and service requests.

With Service Providers. We share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, and customer support providers.

With Business Partners. We may share your information with business partners for joint marketing initiatives or co-branded services, subject to their privacy policies.

For Legal Purposes. We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or that of our users or the public; to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; and to enforce our Terms of Service.

Business Transfers. If COMPANY is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have regarding your information.

With Your Consent. We may share your information with third parties when you have given us your consent to do so.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We may also retain your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and for legitimate business purposes. When your information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention policies.  Certain information may be retained for a limited period following account deletion for legal, safety, or dispute resolution purposes.

7. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Account Information. You may update, correct, or delete your account information at any time by logging into your account or by contacting us. Note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Location Information. You may disable location services on your mobile device, but this may limit certain features of the Platform.

Marketing Communications. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communication or by contacting us. Even if you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those related to your account or services.

Cookies. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform.

Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" feature. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

8. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and other California privacy laws, including:

Right to Know. You have the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected the information, the purposes for collecting the information, and the categories of third parties with whom we share the information.

Right to Delete. You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. If we change this practice in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide you with an opt-out mechanism.

Right to Non-Discrimination. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Platform is not intended for children under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under eighteen. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under eighteen, we will take steps to delete that information. If you believe we have collected information from a child under eighteen, please contact us.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit.

11. INTERNATIONAL USERS

The Platform is operated in the United States. If you are accessing the Platform from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers are located. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
